An award-winning, sustainability-focused hospitality venue on Alabama's Eastern Shore is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to guide the culinary program across multiple concepts. This is an ideal opportunity for a service-oriented, teaching-focused chef who thrives in dynamic kitchens and believes in letting local, seasonal ingredients speak for themselves.

You'll oversee a team of Executive Sous Chefs and shape the standards for the flagship fine-dining concept while mentoring future leaders for new venues on the property.

What You\'ll Do

• Serve as a working chef—leading by example during service and prep
• Train and mentor Executive Sous Chefs and hourly team members to support leadership growth
• Create and implement systems for consistency, efficiency, and quality control
• Collaborate with on-site farming, wine, and event teams to align culinary direction
• Uphold and celebrate the use of fresh, local, and seasonal ingredients
• Lead new dish development and oversee execution across multiple outlets
