An award-winning, sustainability-focused hospitality venue on Alabama's Eastern Shore is seeking a hands-on Executive Chef to guide the culinary program across multiple concepts. This is an ideal opportunity for a service-oriented, teaching-focused chef who thrives in dynamic kitchens and believes in letting local, seasonal ingredients speak for themselves.
You'll oversee a team of Executive Sous Chefs and shape the standards for the flagship fine-dining concept while mentoring future leaders for new venues on the property.
