Leasing Agent Weekend Shift Asheville

PrideStaff is seeking a motivated and outgoing Leasing Agent for a property management client in Asheville. This is a critical customer-facing role responsible for leasing units, maintaining high resident satisfaction, and supporting the community's administrative functions on a core weekend schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Leasing :

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Effectively market and promote the benefits of living in the community to drive occupancy.
• Maintain current knowledge of rental rates, property features, amenities, and local market trends.
• Assist applicants through the entire leasing process, including application completion and documentation gathering.
• Maintain contact with local businesses and apartment locator services.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education : GED or High School Diploma required .

Experience : Minimum of one (1) year of Customer Service related experience preferred .

Skills :

Professionalism : Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.

Shift : First Shift with Saturdays Included

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $19.00 Per Hour
