Responsibilities

• Participate in building large-scale (10 million to 100 million) recommendation or search algorithms and systems.
• Build long- and short-term user interest models, analyze large volumes of diverse data, and design algorithms to efficiently explore latent user interests.
• Design, develop, evaluate, and iterate on predictive models for candidate generation and ranking (e.g., Click Through Rate and Conversion Rate prediction), including real-time data pipelines, feature engineering, model optimization, and innovation.
• Design and build supporting / debugging tools as needed.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule requiring in-office work 3 days per week, or as directed by the manager. The hybrid model is reviewed regularly and requirements may change.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $118657 - $187200 annually. Compensation may vary based on factors including qualifications, skills, and location. Base pay is part of the Total Package and this role may be eligible for bonuses / incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits vary by location and employment type.
