Job Title : Product Design Coordinator

Location : Onsite – Monday to Friday at 3030 Maingate Lane, Kissimmee, FL, 34747

Hours : 9 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM

Employment Type : Contract (Non-Exempt – OT eligible upon approval)

Pay Rate : $18 – $22 / hour (Depending on Experience)

12 months contract with possibility for extension.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Design Coordinator to support the product operations team. This entry-level role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for design and strong coordination skills. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, effective communicator, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage multiple tasks and project timelines.
• Build and maintain product decks and presentation materials.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project execution and design reviews.
• Assist with the preparation of materials related to branded content and product concepts.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines with efficiency and professionalism.
• Ensure details are accurate and presentations are visually aligned with brand standards.
