LHH is currently recruiting a Vice President of Marketing for an exciting permanent opporutnity with our client in the Dallas, TX area. This role will lead marketing strategy and execution for a nationally recognized franchise organization. The ideal candidate will possess extensive franchise experience, a minimum of 20 years of progressive marketing experience with team leadership experience, and a proven track record of driving brand growth, innovation, and team excellence. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
Responsibilities :
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and franchise growth objectives.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all aspects of brand management, digital marketing, advertising, public relations, and franchisee communications.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Franchise Development to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution.
Utilize market research and analytics to identify opportunities, measure effectiveness, and optimize marketing initiatives.
Drive franchise marketing programs, supporting franchisees with localized campaigns, resources, and best practices.
Manage agency relationships and vendor partnerships to maximize ROI and strengthen brand presence.
Ensure compliance with franchise marketing guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Represent the marketing function at executive leadership meetings, providing strategic insights and reporting on KPIs.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
MBA preferred.
20+ years of progressive marketing experience
Team leadership experience required
Demonstrated success in a multi-unit franchise environment, preferably within the consumer services, retail, or food & beverage sectors.
Proven ability to lead and scale marketing teams in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations.
Expertise in digital marketing, brand development, and integrated campaign management.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment and travel as needed.
Ability to work hybrid at our client’s office in the Dallas area.

Pay Details : $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 per year
