  • Location : Germantown, Tennessee (38138) – A vibrant community near Memphis, known for excellent schools and beautiful parks.\n
  • Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910 per week\n
  • Assignment Type : Travel nursing job\n
  • Healthcare Setting : Emergency Room, Level I Trauma Center\n
  • Start Date : December 1, 2025\n
  • End Date : March 2, 2026\n
  • Contract Duration : 13 weeks\n
  • Nursing Shift : Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19 : 00 - 07 : 00)\n
  • Hours per Week : 36\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or compact state\n
  • Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room nursing experience (Level I Trauma experience required)\n
  • At least 1 completed previous travel nurse assignment\n
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher\n
  • BLS certification (must remain current throughout contract)\n
  • Valid driver's license required\n
  • Flu vaccine required (no exemptions)\n
  • Must reside at least 100 miles from facility (local radius rule)\n
  • Cerner charting experience preferred\n
  • All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application\n
  • Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's)\n

    • \n\nER RN Responsibilities\n \n

  • Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in a busy Emergency Room\n
  • Respond rapidly to trauma and critical care situations\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Float between similar units and campuses within 20 miles as needed\n
  • Accurately document patient care using Cerner or other EMR systems\n
  • Participate in on-call and weekend coverage as required\n
  • Maintain compliance with all facility and travel nursing policies\n
