How You Will Make A Difference
- Identify high-potential companies across various industries who would benefit from Datacolor's color management solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies that generate quality opportunities
- Conduct high volume outbound prospecting activities through multiple channels including calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Develop, test, and refine messaging strategies tailored to different industries and personas
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and
- Share learnings and best practices with team members to support collective success
- Represent Datacolor's values of innovation, expertise, and customer success
Who You Are
1-2 years of work experience, preferably in an outbound BDR role in technology or SaaSBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceGoal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targetsHunter mentalityExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearlyNaturally curious with a continuous learning mindsetSelf-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented and organized in managing multiple prospects simultaneouslyAdaptable and resilient with the ability to receive and implement feedbackExperience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales toolsKnowledge of color management solutions or related industries is a plus, but not requiredGrowth Opportunities
This role offers a clear path for career advancement within our sales organization. Successful BDRs at Datacolor can progress to senior BDR positions and eventually to Account Executive roles, with increasing responsibilities and compensation.

45,000 - 50,000 $ base + 30-40% commission

Location
This position is available as a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity for in-office presence at our Lawrenceville (NJ) office.
