• Candidates need leadership experience; Must be fellowship trained in surgical critical care / trauma
• Candidate must be a board-certified general surgeon with special interest in trauma
• Physician will participate in trauma call and help hospital obtain Level III Trauma designation
• Must be current in ATLS
