- Candidates need leadership experience; Must be fellowship trained in surgical critical care / trauma
- Candidate must be a board-certified general surgeon with special interest in trauma
- Physician will participate in trauma call and help hospital obtain Level III Trauma designation
- Must be current in ATLS
