Job description

Role : Cloud Engineer - Azure

Location : Detroit, MI

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based solutions using Azure services (Cosmos DB, Function Apps, ADF, Service Bus).
Build and optimize scalable applications using .NET and C programming.
Implement data pipelines, integration, and transformation using Azure Data Factory .
Manage and configure Azure Service Bus for messaging and communication between distributed systems.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices for cloud-native applications.
Monitor and troubleshoot application and service performance on Azure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable cloud solutions.
Participate in automation, CI / CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) for cloud deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.

Proficiency in .NET and C development.

Experience with Cosmos DB (data modeling, partitioning, query optimization).

Hands-on expertise in Azure Function Apps (serverless computing).

Strong knowledge of Azure Data Factory for ETL and data orchestration.

Experience in designing and implementing Service Bus messaging solutions.

Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI / CD, and cloud monitoring solutions.

Good problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
