Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated AI EM Marketing Specialist to join our U.S. team in the Bay Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our flagship product, Borries Optimus 100 AI EM, with its applications in areas but not limited to cell science and medical science research, pathology, diagnostics, and pharmaceuticals.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct market analysis and identify new business opportunities our Optimus 100 AI EM system in the areas of but not limited to biomedical R&D, hospitals, CROs, and biotech companies.
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for our Optimus 100 AI EM system in North America.
Collaborate with our strategic partners to generate product use cases, scientific publications and drive product adoption.
Create white papers, application notes, marketing presentations used in both U.S.-based conferences and digital media.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including applications scientists and R&D engineers to align our key marketing messages.
Track and report KPIs such as customer engagement metrics for our marketing initiatives to drive increase in ROI.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences, molecular biology, biophysics, or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
5–10 years of marketing experience in the life sciences or medical device industry.
Proven track record in marketing, product positioning, and sales enablement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with AI electron microscopy, EM-imaging, and AI marketing is a strong plus.
Self-starter with ability to work independently in a cross-cultural, fast-paced startup environment.
