What you will do :
As an Executive Program Manager , you will :
- Drive Client Success & Growth – Ensure measurable outcomes for clients (individual leaders) while creating & executing strategy for renewals, upsells, referrals, and reactivations.
- Master Program Content – Learn and apply 50+ training modules, tools, and templates to guide client success.
- Coach Executives for Results – Use behavioral insights, mindset coaching, and accountability to help leaders break through challenges and achieve promotions.
- Build Executive Relationships – Manage authentic, professional rapport with a high volume of clients (100+) via Zoom, group coaching, and messaging platforms.
- Leverage Data & Insights – Track client progress (Red / Yellow / Green status), analyze patterns, and recommend strategies to improve outcomes.
- Advocate for Clients – Provide feedback and escalate insights to internal teams for program improvement.
- Deliver Operational Excellence – Maintain strong documentation, workflows, and review client materials (resumes, executive presentations, etc.).

5+ years of experience working with executive leaders and corporate clients7+ years of corporate / business experience.Proven ability to drive measurable business growth (2–10X).Experience building client success programs end-to-end.Preferred : MBA or advanced degree; experience in high-growth or executive coaching / HR / Recruiting environments.Position Details :
Type : 100% RemoteSchedule : Mon–Fri, 9 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM CST; plus 6–8 weekends / year during client launches.Salary base : $65,000-$75,000 w / performance incentive, an approx OTE of $100,000Benefits : $300 stipend
