The Administrator will oversee operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, and promote high-quality, resident-centered care. Responsibilities : Lead all aspects of facility operations, including clinical, administrative, and financial management. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations for long-term care facilities. Support staff development, retention, and performance management. Collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve quality standards and resident satisfaction.
