Vaco has partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity-backed technology and services company to hire an FP&A Manager. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting the buildout of the finance function within a $300–500M company in a growth and acquisitive phase.

The company has a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and offers strong exposure to both leadership and PE partners. This role reports to the VP of FP&A with a dotted line to the CFO and provides a unique opportunity to influence financial strategy, process improvements, and reporting systems.

Compensation : $130–160K total comp

Key Responsibilities :

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and full consolidated financial close
• Assist in building or rebuilding budget processes and financial models
• Contribute to long-range planning and cash flow forecasting
• Analyze large data sets to identify process improvements, save time, and enhance finance operations
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to track KPIs, headcount, and business trends
• Assist in the preparation of board decks and financial presentations
• Collaborate with Controller, CFO, accounting team, and PE partners to ensure accuracy and financial success
