The Project Manager / Engagement Lead is a key role that ensures successful delivery of RDC solutions to our lending customers in North America. This individual will work closely with clients, partners, and internal teams to drive operational effectiveness and oversight throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Overall ownership of the RDC project plan, governance, and outcomes
• Manages all governance processes and milestones, including management of governance forums
• Drives project design and delivery, in conjunction with Data Science and Implementation leaders, to ensure successful project completion
• Ensure deliverables are completed to the required standards within the specified timeframe, yet able to be flexible when the situation demands it
• Removes impediments and supports company goals by maintaining focus and direction to the RDC Project Teams
• Responsible for the management of all project components, with support from North America leadership

• Budget & Resourcing
• Risks and Issues
• Generate all project reporting for client stakeholders and internally at RDC
• Prepare for and drive project meetings on a regular cadence for each project under your direction
• Coordinate the tasks and activities of customer delivery roles across the organization, including Data Scientists, Credit Advisors, Platform Consultants, and Data Engineers
• Provide support in the quality control of related project deliverables and art i facts
