A New York-based investment firm manages over $6 billion in assets, focusing on structured credit, mortgage, and real estate strategies. The firm is seeking to add a Director to their Investor Relations team to enhance service to investors and support business development efforts.

A New York-based investment firm manages over $6 billion in assets, focusing on structured credit, mortgage, and real estate strategies. The firm is seeking to add a Director to their Investor Relations team to enhance service to investors and support business development efforts.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and complete regular and ad hoc investor information and document requests, including due diligence materials and questionnaires.
  • Update firm and fund marketing presentations, analysis for internal and external use, and investor communications.
  • Contribute to project-oriented work, strategic discussions, and business development initiatives.
  • Interface with and manage third-party fund administrator, and engage with numerous groups internally across the firm.
  • Assist in overseeing the two Investor Relations Associates and reviewing their work.

Qualifications :

  • 6-9 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, product management, or client services at an Investment Manager.
  • Experience with public investment vehicles; structured product, real estate, and insurance experience are a plus.
  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of precision and attention to detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    • Compensation :

    Salary : $165,000 – $185,000, Plus Bonus
