Physical Therapist - Inpatient – Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital, Westborough, MA Full-Time | Inpatient Role | $15,000 Sign-On Bonus | Join a Collaborative, Skilled Team Whittier Rehabilitation Hospital in Westborough, MA is actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our inpatient team full-time.

What You’ll Do :

  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients across a broad spectrum of clinical conditions Collaborate closely with Physiatrists, Neurologists, OT / PT / SLP professionals, and other members of a truly multidisciplinary care team Contribute to a culture of excellence, communication, and continuous learning Support patients through recovery in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTCH), Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF), Transitional Care Unit (TCU), and select outpatient environments What We’re Looking For : Current Massachusetts license to practice Physical Therapy or a Physical Therapy Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in an inpatient or multidisciplinary care setting is a plus—but if you’re newer and eager to learn, we want to hear from you too Why Whittier?
