Electro-Mechanical Technician

Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician  with strong experience in electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to join our dynamic maintenance team. You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment critical to our operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, test, and troubleshoot minor electrical circuits , including PLC and electronic control circuits for machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems ensuring optimal machine performance.
• Install electrical and electronic controls by reading and interpreting schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Perform basic mechanical repairs and dismantle machinery to replace defective parts such as brushes and armatures.
• Inspect and maintain electrical power and water distribution systems.
• Assemble, install, test, repair, and adjust electrical fixtures, panels, breakers, conduit, motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures.
• Utilize various tools and testing instruments to repair and maintain electrical circuits and equipment.
• Lead and direct junior team members as required.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain accurate work records using CMMS software.
