Job descriptionPartner with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies. Conduct in-depth candidate searches, leveraging industry expertise and network to identify high-potential individuals. Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet essential criteria. Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post-offer follow-up to ensure placements start. Immerse in the Data & AI space, stay up to date with market trends, and provide insights to clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service. Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies. Proven track record in a 360 staffing role Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience networking with new clients and signing terms to bring new roles into the team Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach Positive, go-getter mindset Competitive commission structure—up to 30% commission with typical deals in the range of $55k-$60k Supportive and collaborative work environment; culture is a core value Diverse range of clients and candidates; not siloed to one client type Opportunity to work with global leaders in data analytics recruitment Continuous coaching and development; potential progression into management Clear, transparent targets for promotions; potential leadership opportunities; incentive trips and unlimited commission with no thresholds Seniority level : Associate Employment type : Full-time Job function : Sales and Business Development Industries : Staffing and Recruiting

Base salary flexible based on experience and level; base pay range $60,000.00 / yr - $80,000.00 / yr.
