Marketing and Administrative Associate – 10-15 hours per week

Key Responsibilities :
Marketing
- Content Creation & Management :
- Design and schedule LinkedIn posts using Canva, averaging 3 posts per week
- Maintain an organized content calendar in Excel.
- Write a relevant blog once per month
- Research & Strategy : Develop monthly themes and post ideas, research relevant industry articles, and write summaries for newsletters. Research holidays and national days for engaging content.
- Analytics & Optimization : Monitor LinkedIn page analytics, research methods for improving newsletter engagement, and enhance marketing effectiveness for small businesses.
- Website Content : Write and update content for website location pages and create proposals for enhancing Glassdoor ratings.
Operations
Lead Generation : Identify and compile contact information for CEOs, CFOs, and CHROs from referred companies.Candidate Management : Screen candidates for second messages in Recruiter and find their emails.Digital & Data Management : Digitalize and organize company and contact lists in Excel; update company information in company CRM, including adding industries and locations.Proposals & Research : Create proposals for Google Ads and email finding extensions; research and propose updates for website and marketing strategies.Sourcing & Networking : Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, design organizational charts, and connect with contacts via LinkedIn.Administrative
Continuous Company Improvement : Manage daily email communications, update CRM with new and missing contact information, and process unsubscribed contacts.Documentation & Filing : Check and update fields in CRM, maintain and file receipts, clean out unnecessary Dropbox files, and manage document collaboration testing.
