Successful candidates should have the following :

• 3+ years of public accounting experience
• Possess a broad understanding of Tax Law with experience in a particular area(s) of individual, corporate, taxation of pass-throughs, estate and gift tax, investment advisory, and / or financial planning High Net Worth Individual, Corporations, Partnerships, LLCs, and Trust Preparation experience
• Ability to prepare working trial balance and year-end adjusting entries
• Experience in researching tax issues, verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business-related fields
• CPA certification or CPA eligible is required
• Excellent computer skills required in Excel, Word, and Pro-FX
