Job descriptionDiagnose, repair, and maintain Volkswagen and other import vehicles with accuracy and efficiency Perform complex repairs and diagnostics using advanced tools and OEM equipment Follow dealership and factory standards for all repairs Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings clearly Road test vehicles to ensure quality of work performed Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations Stay current with Volkswagen technical bulletins and certifications What We're looking for : Proven experience as a top-performing A-Level Technician , preferably with import or European vehicle experience Volkswagen or other German import vehicle experience strongly preferred NYS Inspector’s License (Required) Valid Driver’s License (Required) Your own tools and a high level of mechanical proficiency A strong work ethic and desire to grow within a team-focused environment What We offer : Top-tier hourly pay starting at $40 / hour , based on experience Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for qualified candidates A supportive team atmosphere and a clean, state-of-the-art facility Access to factory training , certification support, and career advancement Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays 401(k) with Employer Match Choice of 3 Health Insurance Plans Dental & Vision Insurance Life & Disability Insurance Employee Discounts & Social Events Opportunities to grow within the Basil Family of Dealerships This is your chance to work on high-performance, German-engineered vehicles in a shop that truly values your skills and rewards your experience.
