Family Based Mental Health Worker

Position Description :

The Mental Health Worker (MHW) functions as part of a two-person team that provides intensive family-focused treatment to families (primarily in the home setting) who have a child diagnosed with a mental health condition and are at risk for out-of-home placement. Treatment is directed by the Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT) model and provides a comprehensive 30-day initial assessment, family therapy, child individual therapy, sibling therapy, parenting sessions / support, case management, and assistance / advocacy within the community.
