Client seeking Physician or Nurse Practitioner for December 4 & 5 at their Corporate Health center in Rifle, CO. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care, acute episodic care, and wellness visits. Hours are and Thursday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm & Friday 7 : 00am-4 : 00pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break.
