The Senior Workday Analyst – Reporting is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and insightful reports and dashboards within Workday. This role serves as a subject matter expert for Workday Report Writer, Discovery Boards, and Prism Analytics, translating business needs into actionable data solutions that support strategic decision-making across HR and the enterprise.

This individual will partner closely with HR, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to deliver accurate, timely, and user-friendly analytics. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of Workday reporting tools and a consultative mindset with the ability to tell stories through data. This is an in-office position (4 days office / 1 day remote).

Minimum Eligibility Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4–6 years of experience working in Workday, with a focus on reporting and analytics
• Strong knowledge of Workday’s core HCM, Security, and Reporting frameworks (including Composite and Matrix reports).
• Proficiency in calculated fields, custom report types, and data source management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (e.g., pivot tables, vLOOKUP, xLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and storytelling skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate and influence across teams and levels.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
