- Serve as leaders on the floor, directing server assistants and collaborating with management to maintain seamless operations throughout service.

Key Responsibilities
Provide genuine, knowledgeable, and attentive service that reflects our restaurant’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.Guide guests through the menu with confidence and expertise. Anticipate what the guest needs, before the guest even knows they need it.Coordinate with bartenders, kitchen staff, and service assistants to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages.Maintain the entire premises inside and out to an excellent standard, there is no such thing as too clean and too orderly to a guest.Maintain the dining room and service stations at the highest standard of cleanliness and readiness.Monitor guest satisfaction proactively — refilling drinks, addressing special requests, and resolving concerns before they arise. Challenges are opportunities.Assist in running food, ensuring presentation and timing meet our quality standards.Support ALL team members during peak service with proactive communication and teamwork.Serve as a host role, when needed, by Greeting, Seating and completing all Open Table steps, a critical marketing tool.Duties Include but are not limited to :
Greet tables within three minutes of arrivalGet drink ordersRun alcoholic and non alcoholic beveragesGet food orders and fire appropriatelyRun foodMake coffee / lattes / espresso / teaBuss tablesWhen no host, greet guests within one minute of arrivalPolish glassesPolish silverwareMaintain cleanliness of server stationsBreak down coffee stationFold napkinsDo roll upsPlug in iPadSet up dining room, including make sure tables are set for certain reservationsClean and fill salt and pepper shakersWipe dinner and wine menusBe responsible for handling cash and dropping the correct amount at the end of the shiftReturn all credit card slips with signatures at the end of the shiftMaintain Qualifications :
Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Must meet California state requirements for food handler certification.Must meet requirements for California Responsible Beverage Server
