Coast Range was awarded by Michelin for having one of the best crispy chicken sandwiches in California. Awarded in 2023.

Servers here :

• Lead with intentions to say yes, mean yes, and do yes — with sincerity, grace, and the spirit of service. Saying “yes” isn’t about agreeing to everything; it’s about finding ways to create solutions, delight guests, and support one another. It’s how we turn moments into memories and challenges into opportunities.
• Deliver gracious, efficient, and anticipatory service that exceeds guest expectations at every touchpoint.
• Take pride in maintaining an organized, clean, and hygge (Danish culture of coziness, contentment, and well-being) atmosphere for every guest and every team member.
• Work with a sense of urgency, focused energy, and determination to exceed guest needs.
• Serve as leaders on the floor, directing server assistants and collaborating with management to maintain seamless operations throughout service.
• Have a can do attitude and look to develop to be able to cross train and ultimately fill shifts in other positions. Embracing Kaizen, the spirit of continual improvement.
