How you will contribute to our TEAM :
Responsible for overseeing the operations, sales and administrative activities in the regionRepresent Camp in a professional manner, maintaining a culture of fairness and quality of workTake primary responsibility for project profit and loss through effective cost control and reviews of estimating, purchasing, subcontracting and invoicing of all jobsMeet and exceed our customers’ expectationsHire, direct and train new and current employeesDirect and assist sales and operations in solving complex problems including customer interaction, interpretation of contract plans and building code issuesAssign projects and balance workload of employeesEnsure cost-effective planning and scheduling activities are initiated and maintained to accomplish quality of work and timely completion of all projectsReview vendor / subcontractor qualifications and approve / discharge vendors and subcontractorsDirecting local sales team and working with national sales teamDevelop new customers through multi-family industry activitiesMaintain relationships with new and existing customers through personal contactsReview contract documents and progress of jobsEnsure timely billing and collection activities are followedInvestigate and resolve client inquiries and complaintsReview / approve / report weekly sales and operations reportsOur Requirements :
Construction experience required, multi-family preferredHighschool Diploma or equivalentValid driver’s licenseTravel as assigned, could be 50%+Experience in NAV, ProCore, or Sage preferredExperience with Microsoft Office Suite requiredExcellent organizational skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsExcellent customer service skills, including ability to work with a variety of subcontractorsAuthoritative and resourceful decision makerResourceful and creative problem solverCAMP is and EOE, compensation is DOE
