Qualifications

Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities w / 1-4 years in HVAC or facilities, mechanical service related business.

Strong verbal and written communications

High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections

Responsibilities

You will provide support to service operations, helping to ensure that all commitments to the customer are met in a timely, high quality, and cost-effective manner.

In this role, you will be communicating with internally with managers and technicians to maintain and grow client base.

Work closely with the manager, you will help the team complete jobs on time and under budget, helping achieve the company's financial goals

Professionally answering the phone in a polite, friendly manner

Support Customer Service Dispatching, scheduling

Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction

Assist in administrative, accounting, and support of sales / service

Benefits

Compensation : $20.00 - $27.00 / hour

Salary & benefits

Full time with overtime as necessary
