Job Title
To coordinate the production of all business development and marketing materials; to assist in managing the efforts of the Marketing Coordinator under the direction of the Marketing Manager or Director; and to contribute a strong team spirit.
Position Responsibilities and Duties :
- Coordinate development and production of marketing collateral, including brochures, qualification packages, proposals, interview presentations, etc.
- Maintain quality control over output of proposals, qualification packages, printed materials, interview materials, etc.
- Facilitate pursuit kick-off meetings and shortlist interview preparation sessions
- Collect and maintain database of project information and client contacts (Cosential)
- Develop and maintain employee resumes
- Provide follow-up, clarity and communication for each stage of marketing production assignments and regional sponsored events
- Interface with vendors (printers, photographers) as necessary
- Write and distribute internal and external communication
- Assist in planning and file storage of project and personnel photography
- Serve as a brand steward
- Accompany Business Managers as needed to regional events, job walks or pre-qualification meetings
- Assist with development of annual marketing plans and associated budgets for business unit
- Work as a team player in a collaborative environment against multiple deadlines
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements :
College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or equivalentMinimum five years marketing coordinator experience supporting the AEC industryExceptional oral and written communication skillsProficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe InDesignExcellent attendance and punctualityReliability, dependability and flexibilityProficient verbal and written English language skillsEffective interpersonal skillsAbility to work overtime, as requiredSummary of Benefits
