Key Responsibilities
Administer employee benefits programs and conduct regular audits for accuracy
Manage employee onboarding processes and oversee medical leave and absence management
Identify opportunities for process improvement and maintain compliance with benefits regulations
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in benefits administration or HR with substantial benefits responsibility
Thorough knowledge of benefits regulations including FMLA, COBRA, ACA, ERISA, and HIPAA
Proven commitment to quality assurance and error-free work
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with HRIS systems and benefits administration platforms
