As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a motivated Audit Senior to join our collaborative team and play a key role in delivering exceptional audit and assurance services.

What You’ll Do :

As an Audit Senior , you’ll take ownership of audit engagements from planning through completion. This includes supervising and mentoring staff, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring that audits meet both regulatory standards and our high internal benchmarks.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a variety of industries, including nonprofit, real estate, and small to mid-sized businesses
  • Develop audit plans and perform risk assessments
  • Review workpapers and financial statements prepared by junior staff
  • Communicate proactively with clients and partners on project status and issues
  • Assist with training and development of audit staff
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and firm policies

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s a plus)
  • CPA license or progress toward CPA certification required
  • Minimum 3 years of audit experience in public accounting
  • Strong technical knowledge of GAAP and audit procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with audit software (e.g., CCH ProSystem fx, CaseWare, etc.) preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple engagements
