What you will do :

• Provide supervision toteam leaders and warehouse associates who are assigned to pick and pack orders utilizing Dematic warehouse automation.
• Ensure that staff is appropriately trained in picking / packing, and quality control.
• Balance staffing needs while fulfilling customer orders
• Work closely with our maintenance mechanics to ensure that Dematic system is fully operational.
• Communicate status updates throughout the evening with the other shift supervisors and managers.
• Motivate employees to meet productivity goals and efficiency goals.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment :

Salary Range : $65-$70k

Location : Cranbury, NJ

Work Hours : Monday-Friday 3 : 30pm start
