Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager based in the North Dallas, TX area to join our Trinity Square Apartments team.

Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, facilitate tours, construct lease agreements, collect / post rent, manage renewals, attend court proceedings, and build rapport with prospects and residents.

What You Will Do :

• Engage and welcome guests upon entering
• Professionally interact, build, and maintain relationships with prospects and residents
• Discover the needs of those looking for an apartment / community, overcome objections, and lease apartments
• Follow up with prospects and residents to complete tasks promptly
• Devise, obtain, and manage legal lease documents according to policy and procedures
• Collect and post rent, manage evictions
• Manage lease renewals
• Utilize Microsoft Office, Yardi Voyager, and CRM software programs
• Assist callers with helpful, caring, high-quality customer service
• Promote a welcoming work environment for coworkers and guests
• Be dependable
