Summary of Duties of the Dining Room Supervisor

The Lead Server / Dining Room Supervisor is responsible for the efficient operation of the dining room by supervising the server associates, assuring a clean, pleasant atmosphere, and providing superior service to residents, associates, and guests. The Dining Room Supervisor reports to the Food Service Director.
