Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Public Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and maintaining a positive public image for our organization. As a Public Relations Associate, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and help to further our mission.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement public relations campaigns to promote the organization's initiatives and goals.

Write press releases, speeches, and other communication materials that effectively convey our messages.

Assist in organizing and managing events, including press conferences, community outreach, and promotional events.

Monitor media coverage and analyze public perception of the organization, providing reports to management on key findings.

Maintain relationships with media representatives and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations or a related communications role.

Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Proficient in media relations and comfortable engaging with journalists and stakeholders.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication strategies.
