Job Summary for Staff Registered Nurse (Dialysis) – Puget Sound Kidney Centers

\n

\n- Oversee delivery of dialysis treatment and patient care in a chronic, in-center setting

\n- Provide education to dialysis patients on treatment and care plans

\n- Supervise and support Dialysis Technicians during patient care

\n- Adjust treatment plans according to standing orders and individual care plans

\n- Monitor patient outcomes and respond to changes in condition

\n- Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately

\n- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care team, including social workers, dietitians, and nephrologists

\n- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic

\n- Work flexible shifts (AM / PM, 10-13 hours) Monday through Saturday as needed

\n- Rotate between peninsula clinic locations : Poulsbo, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Port Townsend

\n- Maintain required licensure and certifications (WA RN License or Multi-State Compact, BLS / CPR)

\n - Requires minimum 1 year of nursing experience and previous dialysis experience

\n- Preferred : Experience in acute or ambulatory nursing settings
