Frequency of Pay : Bi-weekly

Days and Shifts : Following shifts available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Work hours from : 6 : 00am-1 : 00pm, 7 : 00am-2 : 00pm, 8 : 00am-3 : 00pm, 9 : 00am-4 : 00pm, shifts based on the time of the season, daylight, and need.

Hourly Wage : $15.98 to $24.00 per hour (Based on merit, experience and lead roles)

Possible Wage Increase : Raises may be given based on merit, experience and lead roles.

Overtime Possible : Overtime may be available at $23.97 to $36.00 per hour.

Pay Period : A single work week, starting Saturday, will be used to calculate hourly wages, and will be paid bi-weekly. Optional housing is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to begin employment. Cost of housing, if accepted, starts at $125.00 per week. If used, total cost of housing will be paid directly to employer by employee. A $125.00 refundable security deposit is required, to be paid directly to employer upon acceptance of housing. Daily transportation to and from worksite is provided for workers living in employee housing.

Optional Deductions from Paycheck : 401k, Optional Housing deduction or any elected benefits employee signs up for.

Job Description :

Responsible for executing the safe, efficient, and courteous loading, seating, and unloading of skiers and other users, maintaining safe levels of snow throughout the entire lift station area and maintain safe walking surfaces, ensuring guests have proper credentials to access the lift system, making split second decisions regarding stopping or slowing the lift for safety / emergency purposes / disabled users, performing daily pre-operational checks and inspections to ensure safe operation of lift, completing incident reports as needed, and responding to all guest inquiries and complaints in a courteous and friendly manner. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

Experience Requirement : Three (3) months of guest service experience in a resort, private club, tourism, or professional environment required.

Education Requirement : No Level of Education Required.

Training or Certification Requirement : No Training Required.

Special Requirements for the Job : Three (3) months of guest service experience in a resort, private club, tourism, or professional environment required. May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.

On-the-Job Training provided. Will Train.
