We areseeking a smart individual with a mind for both practical, big-picture thinkingand careful attentiveness to technical details who will serve in the key roleof Lead Web Developer in our team. The ideal candidate for this role will be aseasoned professional with 10+ years of experience developing web-basedsoftware for midsize-to-large organizations, and who is inspired by thechallenge of bringing quality solutions to small businesses. This role requiresa heart to train and advise fellow team members in skillfully solving problems,a respect for real-world budgetary constraints, the ability to think long-termrather than short-term, and the insight to discern what the customer trulyneeds.

The idealcandidate will take pride in his or her work, engage effectively with customersto understand their needs, and identify innovative, reliable solutions. Thecandidate should have a proven track record of designing practical webapplications to solve real-world problems, along with mentoring experience,guiding development teams in building, testing, and delivering applications ontime.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership and Mentorship : Guide and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to best practices andfostering professional growth.
• Project Oversight and Delivery : Manage web development projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope adherence, andquality standards.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders : Actas the main point of contact for stakeholders, aligning development withcustomer needs and expectations.
• Code Quality and Best Practices : Enforce best practices in code quality, testing, version control, and efficientdevelopment workflows.
