Key Responsibilities
Answers calls and emails promptly, handling various patient inquiries and requests
Documents call information according to standard operating procedures and maintains patient confidentiality
Serves as a subject matter expert, conducts training, and resolves escalated issues
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
Previous experience in healthcare, insurance, or patient services preferred
One year of work-related experience for Level I; additional experience required for higher levels
Knowledge of respiratory therapy or DME services preferred
Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance processes is a plus
