We are seeking an Implementation Manager to help our behavioral health, ABA (autism care), hospice, home health and nutrition customers implement our AI product. You will work with the C-Suite of enterprise companies daily to help them best use Brellium.

What You'll Do

As an Implementation Manager, you will manage a strategic portfolio of 20-30 enterprise healthcare customers, each generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. This role requires strong enterprise relationship management skills, the ability to own technical projects from end to end, and the ability to navigate complex organizations at the executive level. Your key responsibilities include :

Project Management :

• Develop project plans to implement Brellium's core offerings with our new customers by scoping their technical and clinical implementation needs, overall milestones and constraints and forecasting actionable steps towards helping our customers realize value
• Lead kickoff, implementation and go-live meetings with Clinical Teams and develop relationships with C-suite healthcare executives through regular communication and engagement
• Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews with executive stakeholders to demonstrate value and align on strategic initiatives
