With expansion in self-perform framing, we're looking for a hands-on Framing Foreman to lead crews, influence project quality, and grow with the company.

What You'll Do

1. Lead, supervise, and train a framing crew of 46 carpenters.
2. Read and execute work from blueprints, plans, and specs.
3. Perform hands-on framing when needed (measuring, cutting, assembling).
4. Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents, and other trades to keep projects on schedule.
5. Maintain safety, quality, and clean job sites.
6. Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment.
7. Mentor crew members to boost productivity and skill.
8. Report daily progress and solve on-site issues.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years as a framing foreman on commercial or multi-family projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Blueprint reading and construction knowledge.
• Safety-minded and able to enforce protocols consistently.
• Physically able to perform framing tasks and lift heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license.

Preferred: OSHA-10/30, hospitality/multi-family/light commercial experience, commitment to teamwork and integrity.
