Pay rate range - $50 / hr. to $53 / hr. on W2

Education and Years of Experience :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in reports and data analysis within logistics, distribution center, warehouse, and / or supply chain environments
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, or related field

Job Description :

The Sr. Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for all points of data mining, extraction, manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Accountable for developing and reporting daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of key performance indicators related to warehouse operational metrics.

This position requires an extremely detailed, timely, consistent, and accurate approach to reporting. Having strong written and verbal communication skills is critical to succeed in this position, as the CLIENT's senior management and the Client's headquarters team will be the targeted audiences for the reports and analysis performed by this position. Reporting can also be used to set the priorities throughout the operations, ensuring that key issues are addressed. Daily / weekly briefings and communications are needed to ensure consistent information is shared throughout the operations. This position is a task-oriented role, requiring very good organizational skills and follow-through.

The position requires interaction with a broad number of employees to validate data and collaborate on discrepancies found.

This position is a key role in the critical analysis of costs associated with the logistics warehouse and transportation operations & cost. This position is also responsible for supporting improvement opportunities throughout the organization, for monitoring discrepancies, and escalating to appropriate parties.

In order to meet daily responsibilities, the candidate must be proficient with SAP, MS Excel, SQL, PowerPoint, and must have experience developing dashboards using BI Tools.
