Solutions Architect(Automation & Observability)

Position : Solution Architect

Location : Miramar, FL(Hybrid)

Duration : 6 months CTH

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain the overall strategy, technical roadmap, and architectural standards for automation and observability.
• Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages like Python and Bash.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and pipelines to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and design solutions that meet business needs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams on automation best practices.
• Utilize observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into system performance and automation effectiveness.
• Explore opportunities to leverage AI / ML technologies to enhance automation and observability solutions.
