Position : Solution Architect
Location : Miramar, FL(Hybrid)
Duration : 6 months CTH
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain the overall strategy, technical roadmap, and architectural standards for automation and observability.
- Design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages like Python and Bash.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts, workflows, and pipelines to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and design solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineering teams on automation best practices.
- Utilize observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog to monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into system performance and automation effectiveness.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI / ML technologies to enhance automation and observability solutions.
Minimum Qualifications / Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of experience in software architecture, solution design, or technical leadership, with demonstrated experience in automation and observability solutions.Hands-on experience with automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, and scripting languages like Python and Bash.Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS), observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.), and automation technologies.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex technical issues.Familiarity with Harness for continuous delivery and deployment.Preferred Skills :
Experience with AI / ML frameworks and toolsHands-on Python experienceKnowledge of machine learning algorithms, prompt engineering, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.Familiarity with distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies.Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams.Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automation testing frameworks.Understanding of "Shift-left" and "shift-right" security approaches, including practices such as SAST, SCA, secrets detection, RASP, and chaos engineering for enhanced security and resilience.
