Position : Graphic Designer

Position Overview

As Graphic Designer at Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, you will bring our iconic lifestyle brand to life through bold, innovative, and high-quality visuals. From beach clubs to hotels, restaurants, and global events, you will create design assets that reflect the Nikki Beach DNA : blending luxury, creativity, and a vibrant celebration of life. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to deliver compelling content across digital and print platforms, supporting global and local campaigns while ensuring brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

Design and produce visually engaging materials for digital and print, including social media, websites, presentations, invitations, menus, and promotional campaigns, events and so on.

Develop creative assets for brand campaigns, activations, and local and global events, ensuring alignment with Nikki Beach’s brand identity and lifestyle positioning.

Collaborate with marketing, social media, PR, and operations teams to understand creative needs and deliver impactful solutions.

Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs, following Nikki Beach’s global design guidelines.

Edit and enhance photography and video content to elevate storytelling across platforms.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Stay on top of design, digital, and hospitality trends to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the brand.

Organize and maintain a library of creative assets and design files for global use.

Support the creation of pitch decks, presentations, and business development proposals.

Provide creative input on improving the overall visual direction of marketing campaigns.

What we're looking for

Strong creative vision with a passion for design, branding, and lifestyle storytelling.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand standards.

3-5 years of experience preferably in hospitality.

Skilled at working under pressure, managing multiple priorities, and delivering within deadlines.

Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments and cultures.

A proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a high-energy, international environment.
