Key Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, production, and service teams.
- Act as the trusted technical contact for customers from order to delivery and beyond, ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee subcontractors and field activities to guarantee successful installations.
- Analyze specifications and review product designs to achieve project goals effectively.
- Create and manage project timelines utilizing SAP and MS Office tools.
- Provide expert technical support to sales and service teams, being the go-to resource for inquiries.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results on time.Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.Passion for solving complex problems related to process equipment or technical systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP is a plus.Experience with wastewater or energy projects is a strong advantage.At GEA, we offer you more than just a job - we provide opportunities to thrive and make a meaningful impact.
