Key Responsibilities :

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, procurement, production, and service teams.
• Act as the trusted technical contact for customers from order to delivery and beyond, ensuring their needs are met.
• Oversee subcontractors and field activities to guarantee successful installations.
• Analyze specifications and review product designs to achieve project goals effectively.
• Create and manage project timelines utilizing SAP and MS Office tools.
• Provide expert technical support to sales and service teams, being the go-to resource for inquiries.
