Overview
The Restaurant Supervisor is primarily responsible for leading and supervising the restaurant & banquet team. S / He will promote a safe and welcoming working environment to achieve maximum guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Supervisor will work with the F&B Director and the Banquet Manager to ensure maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies / procedures in the F&B Depts.
- Train, coach, and assist associates in the F&B operations.
- Monitor performance and recommend corrective action.
- Respond to customer needs and rectify any guest issues.
- Oversee cash handling and check / credit policies and procedures.
- Conduct pre-shift meetings to inform staff of daily events.
- Promote teamwork and quality service.
- Routinely greet guests, serve food and beverage, and service other F&B departments.
Requirements : Primarily a mix of PM and AM shifts.
Experience and Education
High school diploma or equivalent education.Minimum of 2 years of employment in the Food & Beverage industry.J-18808-Ljbffr
