Job Summary : The Manager of Consolidation and Financial Reporting will be responsible for leading the Companys global consolidation process, managing various financial reporting and corporate accounting processes, and playing a critical role in special projects (e.g., strategic initiatives, system implementations).

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage the global consolidation and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with U.S. GAAP, internal policies, and SOX control requirements.
• Oversee intercompany accounting processes, including reconciliation, elimination, and resolution of mismatches across subsidiaries.
• Analyze certain technical accounting matters and assist with the Companys external financial reporting process, including the preparation of certain disclosures as required by the SEC (Form 10-Qs and Form 10-Ks).
• Support ad hoc special projects and strategic initiatives as needed, such as system implementations / upgrades, acquisitions, etc.
• Provide training and guidance to business unit finance teams on consolidation and reporting requirements.
• Lead the implementation of process enhancements and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy in consolidation and reporting.
• Work effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, including senior management, and collaborate with individuals across functional and geographic areas.

Education Requirements : Bachelors Degree Required Education Specifications Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting is required. CPA certification is required.
