Roles & Responsibilities :

• Owns functional area development / implementation, design, solution, arch
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Creating / maintaining documentation for architecture
• Driving the technical discussions & provide solutions
• Deep understanding across business domains, thinks in terms of the whole business
• Provide / Improve customer experience / performance with relevant solutions
• Should be able to work as an onshore Tech Lead, coordinating with Product Owner & other stakeholders
• Drive and mentor offshore team
