The GBSG Product Growth team has expertise in product‑led growth. With a focus on rapid experimentation, funnel optimization, and data‑driven insights, the team operates as a center of excellence to unlock scalable growth across QuickBooks and Mailchimp. We combine deep analytics, customer empathy, agile execution, and tight cross‑functional partnership to solve the most critical growth challenges across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end‑to‑end design strategy for product‑led growth initiatives across QuickBooks and Mailchimp.
- Define and scale best‑in‑class growth design practices that balance customer outcomes with business performance.
- Act as a thought partner to senior leadership, ensuring customer‑centric design is embedded into GBSG’s growth operating model.
- Represent Growth Design across GBSG leadership forums, advocating for customer‑first design rooted in experimentation and insight.
- Build and lead a talented team of growth designers working across multiple initiatives and product surfaces.
- Provide clear vision, direction, and coaching to empower designers and help them do the best work of their careers.
- Foster a culture of high‑velocity experimentation, psychological safety, and shared learning.
- Support organizational health and inclusion by modeling Intuit’s values and leadership behaviors.
- Use customer insights and behavioral data to inform design decisions and shape the end‑to‑end funnel experience.
- Guide the team through rapid iteration, using testing frameworks and success metrics to evaluate and refine solutions.
- Champion scalable, customer‑obsessed growth solutions that align with our design system and product principles.
- Operate as a key leader within cross‑functional pods, working closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science.
- Drive alignment on growth priorities and ensure seamless execution across disciplines.
- Contribute to the evolution of GBSG’s broader growth strategy.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in product design, with at least 4 years building and managing design teams.Proven ability to build, scale, and lead design organizations in high‑growth, fast‑paced environments.Deep experience in product‑led growth, experimentation, and performance‑oriented design.Strategic leader with a strong product mindset and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trust and alignment across disciplines.Thoughtful people leader who develops talent, fosters belonging, and builds high‑performing teams.Strong commitment to understanding and advocating for customer needs.Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into customer‑centered design solutions with measurable outcomes.Track record of delivering high‑quality work at speed, balancing long‑term vision with short‑term impact.Comfortable navigating ambiguity and change, with a bias for action and outcomes.Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $226,000- $305,000. This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs (see more about our compensation and benefits at Intuit® : Careers | Benefits). Pay offered is based on factors such as job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location.
