We are looking for a Systems Administrator to support Plante Moran's Workday platform and connected systems. This position is part of the Firm's Workday Center of Excellence (CoE), focused on cloud-based operations that integrate and optimize essential functions of HR, Finance, and Professional Services Automation. The Workday Systems Administrator will collaborate and work cross-functionally with business owners, stakeholders, project managers, solution architects, and technology teams to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Workday environment.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Manage and coordinate bi-weekly internal Workday releases, ensuring timely deployment and minimal disruption to firm operations.
• Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of Workday's semi-annual releases, including impact analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Monitor and resolve Workday-related support desk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Process and fulfill internal security access requests in compliance with our security protocols.
• Manage operations tasks (support tickets, releases) for Dayshape, our resource management application integrated with Workday.
• Initiate, track, and follow up on tickets opened with Workday partner support.
• Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and best practices.
• Collaborate with HRIS, IAS, IT, and business owners to support Workday enhancements and projects.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, release notes, and support processes.

The qualifications.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is : $69,000.00 - $88,500.00
